West Kitchen & Bar’s Bottomless Seafood Brunch returns to the Swan with a bold new menu crafted by Head Chef Zhaosik Ooi. Expect coastal decadence, fresh WA seafood and a few cheeky flavour twists that take “brunch by the river” to the next level.

The Bottomless Seafood Brunch unfolds in waves of cold, hot and salad selections, each showcasing the best of WA’s seafood and produce.
